6-epi-COTC was isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces griseosporeus as same as COTC (#14675) and the structure was confirmed by x-ray crystallography. This compound is a diastereomer of COTC and showed cytotoxic activity towards lung cancer cell lines A549 and H460.^1）
