PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/ Primate IL‑6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB206) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007).
