Colored protein molecular weight ladders derived from natural proteins that can be stored at 4°C for 1 year. The proprietary protein coloring technology achieves high stability and can be stored in refrigerator. There are two types with different M.W. ranges (Broad or Low).

Features

  • Most conventional protein size markers need to be frozen, but these products are stable for a long time at 4°C and can be stored in a refrigerator without freezing or thawing.
  • A uniform solution at 4°C. Since it is a ready-to-use solution dissolved in a sample buffer in advance, it can be applied as is.
  • All bands show sharp and intense tones.
  • Suitable for monitoring electrophoresis and electroblotting.

The Protein MultiColor Stable series has high storage stability and can be stored at 4°C.

Verification of protein stability

After the marker was stored at 37°C for 3 weeks, the sate of bands was checked by SDS-PAGE.
Since there was no change in electrophoretic image after storage under severe conditions, it is shown that the marker has high storage stability.

■Accurate molecular weight

The molecular weights listed in Protein MultiColor Stable series are based on proteins of known molecular weight and are calculated based on differences in electrophoretic mobility, so they are accurate.

Detection of β-Amyloid (1-42) using DynaMarker Protein MultiColor Stable, Low Range

Detection of β-Amyloid (1-42)

The marker and 4.5 kDa β-Amyloid (1-42) were electrophoresed on a polyacrylamide gel and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane (semi-dry method). The transferred membrane was reacted with anti-β-Amyloid monoclonal antibody and detected by DAB color development.
The marker maintained high visibility without fading throughout the detection process. The marker showed accurate molecular weight even in several thousand Da.
