Electrophoresis running buffer for protein SDS-PAGE.
Simply replace your usual running buffer with this product. A self-made gel and AllView PAGE Buffer enable the separation (fractionation) of proteins with a wide range of molecular weights, similar to gradient gels.
Gels applied to this product are homemade gel by laemmli method.
*If you use a precast gel, the concentration of the applied gel may differ or the separation may be insufficient.

Note

Not reusable
20 × stock solution. Please dilute to 1 × solution before use.
If precipitation of SDS is observed, completely dissolve it in a water bath (about 37°C) before use.
Optimal electrophoretic time is depending on acrylamide concentration, gel size and voltage.
