iP-TEC® products enables transport of iPS cells, other cells and biological tissues without freezing them. This system can use your own dish or well plate in combination with a cover that allows gas exchange, cushion, or lockable container.
Currently, dry ice or dry shipper is used when sending cells. However, there are risks that cells may be damaged during delivery and thawing. Live transport is a way to carry cells or tissues without freezing, but temperature retention time and medium cost were a barrier to accomplish it.
iP-TEC® products overcome these problems! The combination of special designed devices, boxes and thermal storage devices provide you with secure and optimum condition for transporting cells without freezing.

Example of Use (6 well plate)

| Cover the silicon cover after pouring the culture medium in the well plate. | Put the plank to overlap the hole and set the plate at the bottom of the secondary container. | Put the mesh cushion on the secondary container. |

Primary Container (iP-TEC® Flask-25)
When transport cells at liquid (live) state, culture medium should be fullfilled in the flask to avoid cell detachment.

Specially designed iP-TEC® Flask-25 needs almost half medium to fill, but has the same incubation area. This will save the medium cost. For the unique shape iP-TEC® Flask-25, iP-TEC® Mini Scraper and secondary container are developed.
