The main composition of Signal Booster series are polymer and blocking ingredients.
Polymer alters the surface physico chemical properties of antigens and antibodies.
This makes antigen and antibody enhance the contact frequency and specific binding.
Combination of polymer and blocking ingredients helps you to get higher signal with lower background.

- You can experience the performance by simply exchange the ordinary antibody-dilution buffer to "Signal Booster Immunostain" .

- Better performence of Signal Booster Immunostain can be seen regardless the origin and subclass of the antibody as pronciple.
*Stronger signal and lower background as compared to ordinary method
- As compared to the ordinary method using detergent-containing buffer solution, you can get stronger signals with lower background.
*Choose the best solution for your system
- There are three types of Signal Booster Immunostain solution.
(1)Solution F
The solution is desinged specially to reduce the background more, and suitable for observing the detail of preparations using relatively good antibodies.
(2) Solution M
The solution shows the medium characteristics of Solution F and S, and suitable for first trial.
(3) Solution S
The solution is designed to get more strong signal, and suitable for getting stronger signal regardless of relatively high background.
(Warning : The characteristics of each solution above described is only the general one, the performance of each solution differs depending on the nature of antibodies you use. Please examine all the three solutions to select the best one.)
Example Data
(A) Staining of Cdk4 (mouse brain paraffin section)
1st Ab: anti-Cdk4(rabbit poly) diluted with Signal Booster (SBI) solution F, PBS or Product A
Fixation:4% parafolmaldehyde in PBS
Blocking:5%FBS in PBS
Stained by ABC (for rabbit) method.
(B) Staining of p53 in A431 cells
1st Ab: anti-p53 (Rabbit poly, FITC conjugated) diluted with Signal Booster (SBI) solution M, PBS or Product A
Fixation:4% parafolmaldehyde in PBS
Detergent: 0.1% TritonX-100 in PBS
Blocking:5%FBS in PBS.
