ネクチン-4( Nectin-4)は、接着結合上皮に局在する約66kDaの膜貫通型接着タンパク質です。

Detection of Nectin-4 using Western blotting and ELISA.
Cell culture media from T47D and MCF-7 human breast cancer cells, OVCAR-3 human ovarian cancer cells, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells were analyzed by Western blot and ELISA using the Human Nectin-4 Quantikine ELISA Kit (# DNEC40). Cell culture media were Western blotted for Nectin-4 using the non-HRP conjugated version of the detection antibody supplied in the Human Nectin-4 Quantikine ELISA Kit.
