ALyS505N / ALyS705N media are Serum Free Medium (SFM) for human lymphocytes.
ALyS505N is a serum-free medium for immunology research.
Four types of IL-2 concentration are available, then suitable type can be used depending on your cultured condition.
ALyS705 is chemically defined medium with equal to or greater performance than ALyS505N.
ALyS505N
Features
- Suitable for culturing human peripheral T-lymphocytes
- Xeno-free: all proteins contained in the medium are recombinants or human proteins with heat-treatment.
- High growth rate of human peripheral T-lymphocytes: adding small amount of plasma (0.1-2%) may help to increase the growth rate

Features
- Chemically defined medium suitable for culturing human lymphocytes
- Xeno-free: protein in the medium is only human-insulin recombinant
- Higher growth rate than ALyS505N medium
- Share stress between cells are decreased by micromolecular polymer used as a substitute of Albumin
- Mouse acute toxicity was tested and did not show adverse effects on tissue
