Lymactin-T is an anti-human CD3 mouse monoclonal antibody, produced from hybridoma OKT3 cells under serum-free condition. This Lymactin-T binds to CD3 of the peripheral blood T lymphocytes and strongly proliferates them.

Data
Total cell numbers are counted when cultured peripheral blood T lympocytes are cultured by Lymactin-T or another anti-CD3 antibody. Lymactin-T gives similar amounts of cell numbers to conventional product.
Seeding Density : 20 x 10^4 cells/mL (300 x 10^4 cells/T75 Flask)
Human Plasma conc. At seeding : 10%
Medium : ALyS505N-175 (Serum Free Medium, IL-2:175IU/mL)
Culture Volume : 15 mL -> 775 mL
Culture Period : 14 days
Lymactin-T gives similar ratio of T cells to conventional product.
