Steritainer Plus is the 3D single use sterile bag suitable for the retention / transportation of liquid products which require sterile environment in a container.

Features

  • Sterility
    Steritainer Plus is a validated sterilized bag with Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of ≤ 10-6 and can be used for storing and transporting fluids requiring a sterile environment in a container, without the need for washing and sterilization.
    * Steritainer Plus is individually packaged with a double wrapping.
  • Low Elution
    Steritainer Plus is made from additive-free polyethylene, completely eliminating effects of dissolved materials on content fluid. Steritainer Plus can be reliably used in any process.
  • Cleanliness
    By employing a blow-molding method in a completely closed system environment and unmanned operation processes in a cleanliness control area, Steritainer Plus completely eliminates the risk of extrinsic contamination.
  • Space saving
    3D shape has been realized among single use bags less than 20L. Installation is capable at narrow location such as in a sterile chamber. The Steritainer Plus is compactly packaged with individual wrapping.
  • High-Strength Design
    The main part of the bag has been designed to high-strength specifications and self-supporting so that stirring can be carried out easily without transferring the contents to glass containers. The three-dimensional design provides excellent dissolution efficiency when mixing solutions, which also enables powder medium to be formulated within short periods of time.
  • Freezing at -80℃
    Steritainer Plus can be used for freeze storage down to -80℃, which is applicable to biopharmaceuticals processes.

Options
