Challenge the limits of long single-stranded DNA!
3-10 kb long single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) can be prepared. Since PCR, exonuclease reaction, and reverse transcriptase reaction are not used, it is possible to obtain long ssDNA with accurate sequence without mutations or deletions in the internal or terminal.

Features
- DNA with the exact target sequence can be prepared.
- The amount of ssDNA other than full-length DNA is reduced.
- Nicked plasmid cleaved by nicking endonucleases is subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis to isolate the target ssDNA portion.
- The Long ssDNA Gel Extraction Kit for ssDNA is also included in the kit.
- Use long ssDNA for various applications.
Procedure Overview
- (A) Subcloning objective DNA into plasmid
- (B) Digest the vector with nicking enzyme
- (C) Do electrophoresis under denaturing condition
- (D) Excise gel and purify it with the special column in the kit
