Coating and serum free hMSC culture medium
CiMSTM
Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) attract attention of researchers studying regenerative medicine as it has differentiation potency to adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, muscular tissues and etc.
Conventional culture method of hMSC requires coating of culture vessels with fibronectin or collagen and addition of fetal bovine serum (FBS) and human serum.
CiMSTM culture medium is a new serum-free hMSC culture medium, which enables long term culture keeping self-renewal ability and differentiation potency.
Features
- No coating on culture vessels. Comparable data is available (See Proliferation Potency)
- No serum or growth factor is required
- Maintain hMSC's self-renewal ability and differentiation potency (See Differentiation Potency)
- Reduce culture cost and saves time

※Depending on your application, please use either xeno-free(#87-071) or animal-free(#87-072) supplement in combination with basal medium(#87-070).
