CiMS™ is a serum-free culture medium for human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) that requires no coating on the culture vessel. By using the basic culture medium and supplement together, long-term subculture and high growth performance are possible.
CiMS™ eliminates the need for coating the culture vessel with fibronectin or collagen and the addition of fetal bovine serum (FBS) or human serum. CiMS™ simplifies the process and reduces the cost of culture.

Features

  • CiMS™ is a serum-free culture medium that enables long-term culture of hMSCs while maintaining their self-renewal and differentiation capabilities.
  • No coating is required on the culture vessel.
  • The differentiation ability of human mesenchymal stem cells into bone, fat, and cartilage has been confirmed.
  • No addition of serum or growth factors is required.
