Application Note

Cytostatin inhibits the adhesion of B16 melanoma cells to laminin (IC₅₀=1.3 μg/ml) and collagen type IV (IC₅₀=1.4 μg/ml), but not inhibits the adhesionto fibronectin.
Cytostatin inhibits protein phosphatase 2A in a non competitive manner (IC₅₀=0.09 µg/ml).
