Features
- By simply adding formaldehyde to the attached RNA Ezloading Dye (2×), not only formaldehyde denatured gels but also non-denatured gels such as 1×TAE and 0.5×TBE can be used for RNA electrophoresis.
- DynaMarker RNA High consists of 200, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 and 8,000 bases of RNAs.
- Each RNA band has adjusted to 0.1 µg/µL. RNA amount of each sample can be estimated by comparing contrast of bands.
Preparation of Gel Loading Solution
- Add formaldehyde* to RNA Ezloading Dye (2×).
- Mix the formaldehyde–added RNA Ezloading Dye (prepared at 1. ) and DynaMarker RNA High or RNA sample.
- After heat treated, they are ready for electrophorese.
* Formaldehyde is not included in this product.
