RNA ladder for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Two different sizes are available (low, high), and the low marker is also available in a ready-to-use type. Since the RNA concentration of each band is approximately 100 μg/μl (Low II Easy Load is 0.1 μg/ 5 μl), RNA amount can be estimated approximately by comparing the shading of the bands.
Features
■ RNA Low II (#DM152)
- RNA ladder marker for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis consisting of 20-500 base RNA fragments.
- Each RNA fragment is approximately 0.1 μg per 1 μl of marker.
- Optimum for estimating the size of small RNAs such as siRNA.
■ RNA Low Easy Load II (#DM157)
- A ready-to-use RNA ladder marker that consists of RNA fragments of the same size as RNA Low II (#DM152). It can be applied immediately after heat treatment.
- Each RNA fragment is approximately 0.1 μg per 5 μl of marker.
- A loading buffer for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (RNA loading buffer PA) is attached, allowing easy sample preparation.
■ RNA High (#DM160)
- RNA ladder marker for denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis consisting of 200-8,000 base RNA fragments.
- Each RNA fragment is approximately 0.1 μg per 1 μl of marker.
※ Each product is made of RNAs, so please be careful of RNase contamination.
