Protocol Overview

1. Carefully aspirate the medium from cultured dish/well/flask.
2. Add enough amount of Accutase to cover the cells.
3. Incubate for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature. (up to a maximum of 1 hour)
4. Check the cells frequently to see if they have rounded and no longer attached to the bottom of dish/well/flask.
5. Count the cells and passage. No need to add enzyme inhibitors or rinse.
