Switching to c-Block or k-Block increases signal intensity, allowing detection of low-abundance proteins with clear backgrounds.

Simple Workflow

Note: Beacle Blocking Solutions are optimized separately for each application. Please ensure you select the "Western Blot specific bottle (-w)" or "ELISA specific bottle (-e)" depending on your assay format.

For Western Blotting

  1. Transfer: Move proteins to the PVDF membrane.
  2. Block: Immerse the membrane in Beacle Blocking Solution for 1 hour.
  3. Subsequent Steps: Proceed with your standard protocol for primary antibody incubation and subsequent detection steps.

For ELISA

  1. Coat: Immobilize your capture antigen or antibody onto the plate and wash wells 3 times with PBS-T .
  2. Block: Add 200 µL of Beacle Blocking Solution per well and incubate for 1 hour at 37℃.
  3. Subsequent Steps: Remove the solution completely, then follow your routine ELISA workflow for subsequent washing and detection.
