6-O-Methylreticulol is a natural derivative of Reticulol which has methyl-ether group at carbon 6^{1, 2）}.The compound exhibits weak inhibitory activity of cAMP phosphodiesterase as well as Reticulol^1）. A recent study has reported that it also has inhibitory activity to alpha-glucosidase which relates sugar metabolism^3）.
