使用例

合成デングウイルスRNA（DENV-4：ATCC^® VR-3231SD^TM）を用いたqRT-PCRによる検量線の作成

• CDCプライマーとDENV-4を用いてqRT-PCRを行い、増幅曲線（A）および検量線（B）を作成した。
• DENV1～4の分子標準物質を用いた検量線により計算した傾き（Slope）とR²値（C）
