一般的に用いられるがん細胞の腫瘍様塊（Tumorsphere）用の三次元培養培地です。

Cancer Stem Cell Mediumの特長
- 3D tumorsphere（三次元腫瘍様塊）およびがん幹細胞の培養に使用できます。
- 二次元から三次元培養に直接切り替え可能です。
- 一般的に用いられるがん細胞に使用でき、10継代以上の継続的な培養が可能です。
- 化学的組成が明らかな無血清培地です。
- Basal MediumにSupplementMixを加えるだけのReady-to-use仕様です。

がん幹細胞用の三次元培養培地の使用例
Proliferation and tumorsphere formation efficiency (TFE) of MCF-7 cells during serial passage in 3D tumorsphere culture using the PromoCell Cancer Stem Cell Medium.Robust proliferation was maintained during the culture, which was discontinued after passage 10 with no sign of growth rate inhibition. Serial passage in the Cancer Stem Cell Medium resulted in significant increase of TFE from 2% in P1 to 14% in P4, and 28% in P9, respectively.
Examples of proliferation curves of various established cancer cell lines expanded by serial passage of 3D tumorsphere cultures using the PromoCell Cancer Stem Cell Medium.
