Western BlotWestern Blot PD-1 Antibody [Unconjugated]

PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human PD‑1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1086) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). Specific bands were detected for PD‑1 at approximately 40-50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
