The ALyS™ medium series offers optimized, serum-free solutions for culturing human lymphocytes. Specifically, ALyS505NK-AC & EX is tailored for the in vitro expansion of natural killer (NK) cells and LAK cells, enhancing their cytotoxic activity for research applications. ALyS505NK-AC & EX is suitable for NK cell Immune-cell-therapy studies.
This medium is completely xeno-free, containing only human-derived protein components, making it ideal for upstream immunotherapy research and translational studies.
