ALyS series provided by Cell Science & Technology Institute is serum-free medium developed for in vitro culture of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. T lymphocyte culture is important in various immunological and clinical research. Research is underway to improve the cytocidal activity of T lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood and natural killer (NK) cells. Various lymphocytes such as activated lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK), cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL), and NK cells are used for immunocytotherapy.
AlyS™505NK-AC & EX is suitable for NK cell Immune-cell-therapy studies.

Features

  • Specially designed for human NK cells
  • High NK-cell count and NK-cell ratio have been confirmed.
  • Xeno-free: All protein components are human derived
  • Two types of products are available: early stage (for activation: AC type) and late stage culture (for proliferation: EX type).
