Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase shortens extension time of PCR.

Features

Kaneka High-Speed DNA Polymerase can amplify DNA under extension time 5 seconds protocol. However, other polymerase cannot do it.

Reaction mixture was prepared using λ DNA (6.7 ng) as a template in accordance with the "PCR reaction mixture preparation example" above and PCR was performed using T3000 Thermocycler (Biometra). Extension time : 30 seconds was applied when the amplification length was shorter than 1 kb, or 30 seconds / 1 kb when the amplification length was longer than 1 kb.

Reaction mixture was prepared using λ DNA (6.7 ng) as a template in accordance with the "PCR reaction mixture preparation example" above and PCR was performed using T3000 Thermocycler (Biometra).
Extension time : 5 seconds was applied when the amplification length was shorter than 1 kb,
or 5 seconds / 1 kb when the amplification length was longer than 1 kb.
