TLR9 Ligand (CpG-ODN) for pDCs and B-cells, D35 and K3
Potent and specific immuno-stimulation for human/mouse immune cells and laboratory animals. Highly pure and endotoxin-free (0.5 EU/mg or less).
What is TLRs
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) recognize highly conserved structural motifs as one of the early innate immune responses to invading pathogens.
TLR9 distinguishes mammalian and bacterial DNA and induces immune cell activation. Synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides containing CpG motifs (CpG-ODNs) stimulate the immune system, promote the maturation and activation of antigen-presenting cells, and promote the induction of Th1 and inflammatory cytokines.
High quality TLR9 agonists to activate immune cells and their respective controls are available.

- Different classes of TLR9 agonists have been shown to have different effects on cells. You can choose from the following two types of agonists.
- Bulk amount and GMP-grade is available.
A Class TLR9 ligand (partial S-DNA)
- Induces type I interferon (IFN) production.
- Shows low activity against B cells.
- Useful for activation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), induction of IFN-α from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), and activation of IFN-signal pathway.
B Class TLR9 ligand (whole S-DNA)
- Stimulates B cells and activates TLR9 dependent NF-kB signal.
- Shows low activity for IFN-α induction.
- Useful for B cell activation, induction of IL-6 from human PBMC, and activation of NF-kB signal pathway.
