RNase/DNase-free Water, non DEPC can be used in various molecular biology experiments including RNA experiments. This product removes RNase, DNase, and various other organic and inorganic substances by reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration. DEPC treatment is not performed.

Features

Not DEPC-Treated
Since DEPC has not been treated, there is no risk of inhibition of enzyme activity^*. It can be used for various experiments without worry.
* DEPC is known to modify histidine residues in proteins (ethoxycarbonylation). DEPC is inactivated by autoclaving. However, if the inactivation is insufficient and DEPC remains, problems such as inhibition of enzyme activity may occur.

Made in Japan quality
RNase-free and DNase-free tested. Ribosomal RNA or plasmid DNA were added to this product, and after incubating at room temperature for 18 hours, agarose gel electrophoresis confirmed that no degradation was observed.

Packaged in small quantities.
Available in 1 ml, 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml. The lid of each product is covered with a cap seal.
