Example of Use

4°C Storage Test of Human Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

AZ_Preserver+: AZ PRESERVER supplemented with Plus Reagent

Human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were seeded onto plates and preserved at 4°C in various preservation solutions at approximately 50% confluency. The results showed that this product maintained cell viability for a longer period compared to commercially available preservation solutions (Competitor A, B and UW solution) (Left figure). Furthermore, high viability was confirmed after re-seeding, even when preserved as a single-cell suspension (Right figure).


4°C Storage Test of Human iPSC-Derived Cardiomyocytes

AZ_Preserver+: AZ PRESERVER supplemented with Plus Reagent

Human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes, cultured for four days, maintained viability for over eight days at 4°C using this product, outperforming commercial and UW solutions which showed declining viability after three days. The cardiomyocytes continued to display normal beating upon re-culturing.
