Staining HLA Class I-A, B, C at the Same Time Anti-HLA Class Ⅰ Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This antibody can simultaneously detect all three heavy chains of classical HLA Class I antigens (A, B, and C) in immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed samples.
Background
HLA Class I molecules plays a very important role in understanding the immunopathology of diseases. However, because proteins are denatured in formalin-fixed specimens, there has been no antibody capable of simultaneously detecting A, B, and C. This antibody is useful for research on diseases involving various immune systems.
