This product is a mouse monoclonal antibody to detect human FcεR1α which is a subunit of the high affinity receptor for IgE. It is known that the FcεR1α complex plays an important role in triggering allergic responses. The IgE receptor is a tetrameric complex consisting of one α, one β and two γ subunits. The two γ subunits are required for signal transduction activity. |
