RapiClear 1.52は、水溶性の組織試料透明化試薬です。組織を透明化することにより、蛍光染色あるいは非蛍光染色された動物組織中の細胞形態を見やすくすることができます。

特長
- 適用動物種：マウス、ラット、ゼブラフィッシュ、組織切片（組織の厚さ：＞0.5 mm）、植物など
- 1 mm～5 mmの厚さの組織スライスの場合、2時間で透明化できます＊。
- RapiClear 1.52で組織を透明化することにより、試料を-20℃で長期保存できます。
- 水、バッファーおよびグリセリン中の試料を直接RapiClearに入れて透明化できます。
- RapiClear 1.52は、使用前に遠心する必要はありません。
- 透明化後、試料を再度、バッファーなどに浸すと、透明化する前の状態に戻ります。
- 透明化の際に、組織が変形することはありません。
- 組織を透明化することにより、蛍光染色の結果を3次元的に観ることができるようになります。
＊動物種、器官および組織の厚さによって使用するRapiClearの種類、透明化にかかる時間が異なります。
