使用例
Western blot of TrpV1 in rat PC12 cell lysates (80 ug/lane). #M-1714-100 detects TrpV1 protein at 95～100 kDa. SDS-PAGE: denatured and reduced; Transfer: Tris-Glycine buffer; Membrane: nitrocellulose (0.45 um); Blocking: 5% skim milk in TBST, 1 hour at RT; Primary antibody: overnight at 4°C (2 ug/mL); Secondary antibody: anti-mouse-HRP (1/6000) 2 hours at RT; Detection: Chemiluminiscence.

Detection of capsaicin receptor in small neurons in rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) using rabbit antibody to human capsaicin receptor (#R-076-100) The rat tissue was prepared by perfusion fixation with 4% formaldehyde containing 10% saturated picric acid in buffered saline. Frozen sections (40 µm) were used and the secondary antibody was conjugated with HRP. Rat spinal cord prepared in the same way also shows a high specific stain with little background.
