  • 抽出したヒストンの翻訳後修飾は維持されるため、修飾ヒストン（メチル化／アセチル化・リン酸化、SUMO化、ユビキチン化など）の測定に使用できます。
  • キットには100回の抽出操作を行うための試薬が含まれています。
  • 1回の操作で、1×107細胞または100 mgの組織から約0.4 mgのヒストンを抽出できます*。
  • 1回当たりの試料量：1×105～1×107細胞 、1 mg～100 mg組織

本製品を用いてMCF-7細胞からヒストンを抽出し、EpiQuik Global Acetylated Histone H3K9 Quantification Kit(#P-4010)を用いてアセチル化ヒストンH3K9を定量した。
