GFP antibody detects GFP protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and GFP-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (1 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GFP antibody (GTX113617) at a dilution of 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
GFP antibody detects GFP protein by western blot analysis.
