IP analysis was performed with rat brain lysates and either Nav1.2 antibody (lane 2) or pre-immune serum (lane 3). Control lysate (lane 1) and the precipitates (Lane 2 and 3) were detected by the same antibody. The lower arrow indicates the IgG heavy chain.
