Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VPS34 antibody (GTX129528) diluted at 1:1000.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VPS34 antibody (GTX129528) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunoprecipitation of VPS34 protein from HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 μg of VPS34 antibody (GTX129528).Western blot analysis was performed using VPS34 antibody (GTX129528).EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
