SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) dilution: 1:500
The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody detects SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) protein at nucleus on rat hind brain by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat hind brain.
SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) dilution: 1:500.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

HepG2 cells were untreated or treated with 3μM thapsigargin for 12 and 24 hrs. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) detects SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: HeLa cell fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 5 min.
Brown: Unlabelled sample was also used as a control.
Blue: SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) dilution: 1:100.
Acquisition of >20,000 events were collected using Argon ion laser (488nm) and 525/30 bandpass filter.
SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody detects SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) protein at cytosol on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma.
SQSTM1 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) dilution: 1:500.

SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) antibody detects SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) protein at autophagosome  by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: Mock and treated HepG2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.Green: SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) stained by SQSTM1 / P62 (phospho Ser403) antibody (GTX128171) diluted at 1:1000.Red: alpha Tubulin, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:500.Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Background This gene encodes a multifunctional protein that binds ubiquitin and regulates activation of the nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-kB) signaling pathway. The protein functions as a scaffolding/adaptor protein in concert with TNF receptor-associated factor 6 to mediate activation of NF-kB in response to upstream signals. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding either the same or different isoforms have been identified for this gene. Mutations in this gene result in sporadic and familial Paget disease of bone. [provided by RefSeq]
