DATA IMAGES

	An ELISA plate is coated with 50 μL of EPO recombinant protein at concentration ranged from 0.125 μg/mL to 4 μg/mL. The coated protein is detected with EPO antibody (GTX112833) at 1 μg/mL.
	Recombinant human EPO protein (with glycosylation) expressed in CHO cells (20 and 100 ng) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with (GTX112833) diluted at 1:20000.

Background	This gene is a member of the EPO/TPO family and encodes a secreted, glycosylated cytokine composed of four alpha helical bundles. The protein is found in the plasma and regulates red cell production by promoting erythroid differentiation and initiating hemoglobin synthesis.
