 | Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Akt1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line and HL-60 human promyelocytic leukemia cell line, and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Akt1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF17751) followed by HRP‑conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). For additional reference, Recombinant Human Active Akt1 (Catalog # 1775‑KS), recombinant human Akt2, and recombinant human Akt3 (2 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for Akt1 was detected at approximately 63 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
