Flow Cytometry	Designed for use as a secondary developing reagent in immunofluorescent assays, such as flow cytometry, where the primary antibody does not have a fluorescent reporter, is of mouse origin, and is of IgG class. The recommended concentration is 10 μL/106 cells.

Flow Cytometry

Detection of MouseIgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was stained with MouseAnti-Human Calreticulin-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2927,filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0041),open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgGSecondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B) at 10 μL/106 cells.  To facilitate intracellular staining, cellswere fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
