Under these conditions, IFN‑ gamma secretion elicited by Recombinant Mouse IL‑18/IL‑1F4 (0.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse IL‑18 R alpha /IL‑1 R5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB12161).
