APPLICATION

Application Note

*Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.

ICC/IF	1-2μg/ml
IHC-P	0.25-0.5μg/ml for 30 minutes at RT
FACS	1-2μg/10⁶ cells
Note : IHC-P Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95ºC followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.

Not tested in other applications.

Specificity/Sensitivity	Recognizes a 27kDa protein, identified as the p27Kip1, a cell cycle regulatory mitotic inhibitor. Its epitope spans between aa 83-204 of p27. It is highly specific and shows no cross-reaction with other related mitotic inhibitors.
