 | Detection of Human IL‑12 R beta 2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human CD4+ in vitro differentiated Th1 cells. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human IL‑12 R beta 2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB19591) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for IL‑12 R beta 2 at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
