Western Blot

Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Akt1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Akt1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB17752) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, Recombinant Human Active Akt1 (Catalog # 1775-KS), recombinant human Akt2, and recombinant human Akt3 (5 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for Akt1 was detected at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
