Immunogen	Rabbits were immunized with EQKLISEEDL ( C-MYC) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase

Conjugation	Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) Ratio : 3-6 FITC molecules per IgG molecule.
