For flow cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution (20μg/ml) to label 10^6 cells in 100ul. For immunohistochemistry: * This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin-embedded sections prior to staining eg. pronase or trypsin. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
