APPLICATION

Application Note

For a three-step avidin-biotin complex system, a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 may be used as a guideline. Dilute according to the particular application being used. In general, the 0.05M Borate pH 8.0 containing 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.05% Sodium Azide, is a good diluent to use with most antibodies. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Background	This antibody reacts with a 90 kD polypeptide. The CD19 antigen appears during early B-cell maturation, probably at the pro-B-cell stage. It also reacts with human B-cells in peripheral blood, bone marrow, and other tissues. It is unreactive with other cells in the human hematopoietic system.
