APPLICATION
Application Note
Recommended Starting Dilutions:For ICC/IF: Use at 1:10-1:50
For WB: Use at 1:10-1:50
For IHC: Use at 1:10-1:50
For ELISA: Use at 1:20-1:200
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the researcher.
| Specificity/Sensitivity | Specific for the nucleoprotein of the SARS virus. Negative for human coronaviruses 229E & OC43 as well as FIP-1, FIP-2, canine coronavirus, TGEV and mouse hepatitis virus. |
