	Sandwich ELISA analysis of serial diluted human Interferon Gamma recombinant protein (1000, 400, 160, 64, 25.6, and 0 pg/ml, 50 ul per well) using GTX15624 Interferon gamma antibody [2G1] as coating antibody at 3 μg/ml and GTX15751 IFN gamma antibody [B133.5] (Biotin) as detecting antibody at 0.05 μg/ml.
	Purified human CD4+ T cells were left non-stimulated (bar 1), stimulated with anti-CD3 (bar 2), or stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 (bar 3) for three days. Sandwich ELISA analysis of IFN gamma production using GTX15624 Interferon gamma antibody [2G1] as coating antibody at 1:1000 and GTX15751 IFN gamma antibody [B133.5] (Biotin) as detecting antibody at 1:1000.

Background	This gene encodes a soluble cytokine that is a member of the type II interferon class. The encoded protein is secreted by cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The active protein is a homodimer that binds to the interferon gamma receptor which triggers a cellular response to viral and microbial infections. Mutations in this gene are associated with an increased susceptibility to viral, bacterial and parasitic infections and to several autoimmune diseases. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015]
