Recommended Starting Dilutions: For ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For ELISPOT: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution on GM-CSF expressing mouse cells. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 μg/ml, this concentration can detect less than 100 ng of recombinant mouse GM-CSF under reducing conditions.
