熱ショックタンパク質(Heat Shock Protein、HSP)とは
誘導性のHSP発現は、熱ショック転写因子によって制御されます。また、HSPファミリーは、Toll様レセプター(TLR)およびスカベンジャーレセプターを介して自然免疫系を活性化し、獲得免疫系では、HSP媒介性の食作用が、エンドサイトーシス経路を介した内部移行抗原の提示を活性化します。
