	Blank	Non Specific Binding	Maximum Binding	Standard	Sample
EIA bufferの添加	－	100μl	50μl	－	－
Standardの添加	－	－	－	50μl	－
Sampleの添加	－	－	－	－	50μl
Tracerの添加	－	50μl	50μl	50μl	50μl
Antiserumの添加	－	－	50μl	50μl	50μl
プレートをカバーし、4℃で16～20時間、オービタルシェーカーを使用してインキュベートする。
ストリップを300μl/wellのWash bufferで5回洗浄し、ウェルの中の液を廃棄する。
Ellman's reagentの添加	200μl
プレートを室温下、暗所で撹拌する。
OD 405～414 nmを測定する。
